The intelligent double-wire self-feeder provides two Al5TiB wires at the same time, and synchronous servos the frequency converted motor and automatically displays and quantitatively & reasonably adjusts the input amount of the grain refiner Al5TiB according to product specifications, casting speed and the signals of the speed-measuring motor in the output of the wire feeder. Stable wire feeding and without phenomenon of intermittent and slipping feeding can completely satisfy a chain requirements of advanced casting machine control
